| You will be asked to insert the credit card “Control Code” when completing a transaction online. The credit card Control Code is named the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard credit cards and the CVV-Card Validation Value for VISA credit cards. The Control Code consists of a three (3) digits number printed on the back of the credit card’s signature strip. |

| Do not put any gaps in the card number while entering your credit card number. |
|
| Orders are binding. Tickets purchased can’t be returned, refunded nor exchanged. |
|
| Tickets may only be purchased by the owner of the credit card. |
|
| Maximum quantities of tickets purchased per order may apply. |
|
| Ticket prices and conditions may change without notice upon the event organizer sole decision; though once purchased a ticket guaranty the ticket holder of his right to attend the event for which such ticket was bought without the request of any further consideration whatsoever. |
|
| Any e-mails will be sent by Ticketpro using the e-mail address provided by the ticket buyer while completing the transaction. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket buyer to make sure that the e-mail address provided is valid. |
|
|
Tickets purchased on-line may be delivered or collected accordingly |
|
| They may be collected by the ticket buyer at the entrance of the venue, on the day of the event, at a location clearly indicated. |
|
| They may be collected at any other locations offered by Ticketpro and selected by the ticket buyer at the moment of the purchase. |
|
| The tickets will be remitted only to the credit card holder having purchased the tickets upon having identified himself(herself) with (i) the credit card used at the moment of the transaction, (ii) an Identification Document containing a picture and (iii) the transaction number received with the confirmation of the ticket purchase. |
|
| Tickets may also be delivered at home or at an address selected by the ticket buyer at the moment of the purchase. |
|
| In order to make sure that tickets purchased are delivered in due time, online ticket purchase will not be possible within five (5) business days prior to the event. |
|

| Upon having purchased tickets on the Internet the ticket buyer will receive the following e-mails |
|
| An "Order Acknowledgement" sent upon having successfully completed the ticket order |
|
| An "Order Confirmation" sent once the transaction will have been fully paid. |
|
|
|
| These Guidelines apply to any claim regarding tickets purchased through Ticketpro Network. |
|
| Ticketpro Network consists of the on-line connected Points of Sale (POS) located all over India, a call centre and of the www.ticketpro.in. |
|
| Ticketpro guarantees the ticket buyer of a Ticketpro ticket having been purchased in Ticketpro Network that he(she) will attend the event for which the ticket was purchased for or, in case of an event cancellation, that the price of such ticket, without the Service Charge, will be refunded without further request to ticket buyer. |
|
| Ticketpro is not the organizer of the events for which tickets are sold. |
|
| Ticketpro bears no responsibility for any such event taking or not taking place, for a change of the Event date, for any circumstances arising from such events or for anything originating from such events. |
|
| Ticketpro hereby declares, and the ticket buyer acknowledges, that it accepts no responsibility for any damage or injuries incurred by the ticket buyer or third person attending the event. Furthermore Ticketpro cannot be declared liable for any expenses incurred by the ticket buyer in relation to such events, including the costs and expenses arising from the event cancellation or changes. |

| In case of an event cancellation tickets will be refunded according to the following rules and the procedures established by the Event organizer. |
|
| For tickets purchased online, Ticketpro will send an e-mail to the ticket buyer confirming such cancellation. |
|
| For tickets purchased with a credit card, Ticketpro will refund the price of the tickets to the ticket buyer’s credit card immediately upon having received the tickets back from the ticket buyer. |
|
| For tickets purchased at one of Ticketpro POS, the ticket price only will be refunded only at the POS where they were bought. |
|
| For tickets purchased by corporations via invoice, the tickets price only will be refunded to the bank account of the corporation immediately upon having received those tickets back. |
|
| In case such event cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded. At no time and under no circumstances the Service Charge identified in the front of the ticket will be refunded. |
|

| Should the ticket buyer intend to put the claim forward directly to the event organizer, Ticketpro will provide the ticket buyer with the event organizer's contact information. |
